Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream

     Remember when you were a kid and wanted ice cream for breakfast !!!???  Wwwweeeellll, now you can !!!!  ... and no one will yell at you !!!  #SCORE  In fact, this is so good for you that you could have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner !!!  HA  But, probably shouldn't ...  This is a great concoction for only 240 calories, 26 gms carbs, and 12 gms protein. So the next time you have a hankering for ice cream for breakfast, scoop away !!!  ;)

1 medium banana ( about 5.5 oz), sliced into thin wheels and put into the freezer til solid ( I wrap mine in Saran Wrap before putting in the freezer and lay them out in a single layer so they don't clump)
1 packet of stevia
1/4 cup Almond Milk ( I use the 30 cal/cup)
1/2 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
1/2 Tablespoon PB2
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Paige's Handcrafted Vanilla
1 Tablespoon Chocolate Protein Powder ( I use the V-Core Fudge Carmel from Complete Nutrition)
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder

     Blend all together in the Magic Bullet and let the flavors literally melt in your mouth !!!  This is one delicious combination and I'm so glad I thought of it !!!  The next time you have a late night craving, keep banana disc's frozen and on hand and whip up some ice cream for a late night treat !!!  Enjoy  ;)
