Cookie Dough Pizza











     Does it get any more decadent than this !?  This was almost too rich for me to even finish ....WWWHHHAAA!!!???  There is no way to tell the difference between this and a high sugar high fat dessert!  This winning combination is all for 287 calories, 6g carbs and 25g protein.  Experience simply amazing and put this on the "must try" list!!!  PS  The Hubs loved it too  ;)

Ingredients for Ice Cream~
1/2 cup Half N Half
1/2 cup Almond Milk ( I use the 30 cal/cup)
1 Tablespoon Swerve Erythritol
1 scoop Vanilla Quest Protein Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

     Mix all together in large mixing bowl and blend on high with hand mixer til thickened and frothy for several minutes.  Pour into 9X13 pan and place in freezer for a couple hours ( I was too impatient and had to stick my spoon in and scoop it out before the two hours were up, which is why it is a little melty in the picture... but I don't care ....  to die for !!!  ) I divided the recipe into 6, each portion is 44 calories, .75g carbs and 4.7g protein.

Ingredients for Chocolate Sauce~
1/2 Tablespoon ( 30 chips) Lily's Stevia Sweetened Chocolate Chips
1 Tablespoon Half N Half

      Mix in bowl and set in microwave for 20 seconds, stir and repeat til smooth after stirring.


Ingredients for Cookie Pizza~
2 Cookie Dough Quest Bars, diced
2 Tablespoons Half N Half
1 Tablespoon Swerve Erythritol
1/2 Tablespoon ( 30 chips ) Stevia Sweetened Lily's Chocolate Chips

      Mix together in bowl and microwave for 20 seconds, stir til smooth~repeat process if necessary.  Pour in Pam sprayed 6 inch pan and bake at 350 for 5 minutes.  Remove and sprinkle with 1/2 Tablespoon Lily's Stevia Sweetened Chocolate Chips.  Cool slightly and cut in two and place one serving in each of the two bowls. Top with 1/6 of the Ice Cream and half the syrup.  Enjoy the heck outta this!!!  Hello Heaven !!! Get into my mouth !!!  :)
