Kale Protein Shake

     You might think it's weird to put Kale in your breakfast shake but you'd be wrong!  It's super delish, super filling and super nutritious!  You could even make this up the night before and give it a little stir in the morning and be off!  The other little gem with this recipe is it's enough to share or keep all for yourself, ... depending on your mood :/  The entire 5 cups is only 334.5 calories, 23.7g net carbs and 38g protein.  Tank up on this smoothie and get several servings of greens out of the way before the day begins! #winning

1/2 Granny Smith Apple, diced
6oz Low Carb Banana Yogurt ( I used CarbMasters)
2 Large Kale Leaves
1/2 cup Baby Spinach Leaves
1 scoop Quest Vanilla Milk Shake or Strawberry Protein Powder
1 cup Silk Cashew Milk (25 cal/cup)
1/4 cup fresh Blueberries
5 large Strawberries
2 Tablespoons ground Flax Seed
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

     Grind in Magic Bullet, Blender or Vitamix til smooth and well incorporated.  Enjoy  :)
