Banana Nut Muffin Ice Cream







     I scream, you scream, we all scream for Banana Nut Muffin Ice Cream!  Then you will be jumping for joy when you find out that each of the 6 servings is only 140 calories, 14g net carbs, and 13.4g protein, a serving is 3/4 cup (macros don't include garnish toppings).  Time to go Bananas!!!  :)

Ingredients for 6 servings~
5oz peeled Banana
2 cup Fat Free Half&Half
1 cup Silk 25 cal/cup Cashew Milk
2 scoop Quest Banana Cream Protein Powder
3/4 cup Swerve Confectioners Erythritol
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Maple Extract (sub with Vanilla or Banana Extract)
1 Quest Banana Nut Muffin Protein Bar, diced
Optional Garnish~Whipped Topping, Walnuts, Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips

     Blend all ingredients in blender, except diced Quest Bar bits and pour into frozen bowl of the Cuisinart 2Qt Frozen Yogurt-Sherbert & Ice Cream Maker and churn for 25-30 minutes til desired consistency.  Add Quest Bar bits at last minute of churning.  If you don't have a Cuisinart, pour into 9X13 casserole dish, put in freezer and stir every 45 minutes til desired consistency.  Serve, garnish if desired, and Enjoy  :)
