Sazon Goya Cod

                                                         

     Thank you Jaki for sharing this new Spanish Seasoning with me !!!  I sprinkled one packet of Sazon Goya over a pound and a half of Cod and baked it at 400 for 15 minutes or until flaky !!!  What a deliciously mild flavor.  I will definitely try this simple dish again !!!  FYI, Cod only has about 95 calories per 4 oz.  If you want to know a little more about whats in Sazon and where it comes from or if you want to try your hand at making you own, continue reading below:

  1. This looks great Paige. Cod is our new "go to" fish because as far as I know, they aren't farm raised. It can be hard to find salmon that isn't farm raised these days. Thanks for including the seasoning mix from scratch. I'm loving your recipes :)

    1. Thank you so mucho !!! Cod is new in our kitchen as well! It had a lovely mild flavor and I will definitely be using it again! If you have any specific Cod recipes you love, I would be grateful if you would share with me so I can share with others! In good health ~ paige ☺️
