Lemon Blueberry Protein Sherbert
When you can make your own Ice Cream with out any machinery then what would stop you from whipping this baby up !!! I love the flavor combos of Blueberry and Lemon, especially in the heat of the summer! This recipe makes 3 servings, each being 188.7 calories, 14.5g carbs, and 24.8g protein! More Ice Cream = More Peace in the world !!! :)
Ingredients~
Quest Lemon Bar, chopped into small pieces
1/4 cup Blueberries, slightly smashed
1 ~ 5.3oz Dannon Greek Light&Fit Blueberry Yogurt
1~ 5.3oz Light Lemon Greek Yogurt
1 scoop V-Core Orange Creamsickle Protein Powder
1 Tablespoon Coconut Sugar
1 Tablespoon Erythritol
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
Pour all ingredients in 9X13 pan and stir til thoroughly combined, cover and place in freezer. Every 45 minutes, remove and stir til desired consistency is achieved, probably 4 or 5 times. Enjoy ;)
