Have you tried your Butternut Squash Savory vs Sweet !!!??? ITS GOOD !!! Next time try a new twist on your Butternut, perfectly paired with grilled meat and fruity salad!!! ;)
Ingredients~
Butternut Squash, halved, peeled and cubed ... beg your produce dude to slice this for you... especially if you like the idea of keeping all 10 fingers intact ... just sayin'
1 Tablespoon EVOO
Garlic Powder
Salt
Pepper
Cayenne Powder, if desired for a little kick
Combine Squash cubes and EVOO to coated and lay on foil lined pan. Sprinkle with Garlic, Salt and Pepper. Add Cayenne if desired. Bake at 425 for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Enjoy ;)
