Chocolate covered Bacon Almond Brittle~YUM!!!
Some times flavor combinations make me want to cry from sheer joy ........(Bacon+Chocolate+Sweetener+Almonds) ....this recipe is a case in point!!! Sooooo easy, soooo delicious, sooooo healthy!!! #winwinwin There is a great new product I'm introducing in this recipe that is a real game changer in the Brittle World!!! Ingredients for 4 servings~
1/2 cup Sweet It Almond Brittle mix Vitafiber IMO ( purchased at www.MySweetSolution.com )
2 slices cooked and crumbled Turkey Bacon
14gms ( 60 chips) Lilys Dark Chocolate Stevia Sweetened Chips
Sprinkle Brittle Mix on Silpat lined cookie sheet in a very thin layer, bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until melted. Remove from oven, and sprinkle with crumbled Bacon Bits, and top with Chocolate Chips. After Chips melt and soften, spread on top of Brittle. Cool and break into bite size pieces. Enjoy ;)
