Strawberry and Banana Ganache Crepe







     Nothing says love like a heart shaped strawberry hugging a ganache and banana filled crepe!!!  And, as if that weren't enough, the macro's add joy with only 211 calories, 13.6g net carbs and 13.2g protein.  At first this was intended for dessert, ....BUT.... my hubby and I wolfed down the left over's for breakfast the minute we woke up!!!   Can we just agree these are multi meal moments of melt in your mouth magic.  Hello love at first bite  ;)

Ingredients for four crepe's~
1 Tablespoon Coconut Butter (can sub with Coconut Oil)
1 Jumbo Egg
1/3 cup Egg Whites
1 scoop Egg White Protein Powder
1/4 cup Sweet It Powder (purchased at www.MySweetSolution.com)
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

2 Tablespoons Sweet It Syrup (purchased at www.MySweetSolution.com)
1 Tablespoon Coconut Butter (can sub with Coconut Oil)
1/4 cup Cacao or Cocoa Powder
2-3 teaspoons Swerve Confectioners Style Erythritol, to taste
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

1.5oz sliced Banana X 4
1oz or 2 medium Strawberries. sliced into heart shapes and cut in half X 4
Whipped Topping for garnish, if desired

     From first set of ingredients, melt Coconut Butter in microwave for 30 seconds, stir in Egg til blended thoroughly, then pour into Magic Bullet with rest of ingredients and whip til fully incorporated.  Pour a 1/4 cup batter into Pam sprayed skillet til golden brown on each side, cool and set aside.  Meanwhile, from middle set of ingredients, melt Sweet It Syrup and Coconut Butter in microwave for 30 seconds, stir in remaining ingredients til smooth.  Spread a Tablespoon on half of each Crepe and top with Banana slices, fold in half and top with Strawberry halves.  Garnish with Whipped Topping if desired.  Enjoy  ;)
