Vanilla Almond Chocolate Chip Fudge






     The pictures of this Vanilla Almond Chocolate Chip Fudge don't do it justice ... if only you could lick the screen you would know exactly what I mean ... but on second thought #bettanaught ....Seriously tho... this stuff is AMAZING!!!  You would never know it's a healthy good for you treat!  In fact, it might have been a little dangerous for me to have around...let's just say I may or may not have taken a walk on(or near) the wild side... and by walk, I mean a saunter near the fridge on several occasions where the fudge was hiding behind stainless steel doors...Anyhoo, nuff bout me!  If you are someone who needs a bit of sweet after dinner, a 1/6th of this is only 168 calories, 3.6g net carbs and 9g protein.  Four generous pieces will cure any sweet tooth  ;)

Ingredients for Six Servings~
1/4 cup White Chocolate Sweet Spreads, melted
1/4 cup Swerve Confectioners Erythritol
1/2 cup 25 cal/cup Silk Cashew Milk
1 scoop Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
1 Tablespoon Nutiva Coconut Flour
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Almond
1 Quest Vanilla Almond Crunch Protein Bar, diced into small pieces
1 Tablespoon Sliced Almonds
1 Tablespoon (60chips) Lily's Dark Stevia Sweetened Chocolate Chips

     Mix first 7 ingredients in a bowl til smooth, gently stir in Quest Bar pieces and pat into wax paper lined loaf pan.  Top with Sliced Almond and Chocolate Chips, pressing slightly into batter.  Set in freezer til set, then remove and slice into six equal portions and then cut into 4 equal pieces.  Enjoy  :)
