Love Fudge Brownies







     Nothing says love like deep dark moist fudgey chocolate...topped with more fudgey chocolate!  Serve this in Brownie form and you have a winner on your hands!  Your affections will grow when you find out each HUGE 3"X3" Brownie is only 195 calories, 12g net carbs and 16g protein (sprinkles not included in macros).  If you love love like I love love, then you will love Love Fudge Brownies  <3

Ingredients for 9 Frosted Brownies~
1 small Zucchini, grated into a dish towel and ring out all moisture (very important step)
15oz can drained Black Beans, pureed til smooth
1/4 cup Cashew Butter, or other nut butter
1 cup Almond Milk 30 cal/cup
1 Extra Large Egg
1 scoop Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder (sub with other Chocolate Protein Powder)
1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
1/3 cup Lakanto Confetioners Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 for discount at checkout
1/4 cup Coconut Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
1 Quest Double Chocolate Chunk Protein Bar, diced

1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil~softened
2 Tablespoons Lily's Stevia Sweetened Chocolate Chips, melted
2/3 cup 30 cal/cup Almond Milk
1 scoop Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
2 Tablespoons Lakanto Confectioners Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 for discount at checkout
2 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder

     Mix all ingredients til smooth in first set of ingredients and pour into parchment lined 9X9 pan and bake at 375 for 28 minutes, start checking at 25, as you want to slightly under bake protein powder baked goods as it will increase in firmness as it cools.  Meanwhile, stir together all ingredients in second set of ingredients til smooth, when cool, frost brownies and garnish with sprinkles if desired.  Cut into 3" by 3" squares!  Store in fridge~Enjoy  :)
