The Nancy Donut







     When your fun friend poses you with a challenge to re create a healthy version of a naughty indulgence, you kindly accept the offer and name a Donut after her in her honor!  #thenancydonutisborn  These are so darn good, I kinda feel like this turned into a labor of love, donut love that is!  Each of these 8 Donuts are only 116 calories, 2g net carbs and 7g protein... I think I will have two...maybe 3 if it's after a heavy workout!  Goals  :)

Ingredients for 8 Donuts~
1/3 cup Coconut Oil, melted
1 jumbo Egg
1/2 cup 30 cal/cup Almond Milk
1 scoop Quest Salted Caramel Protein Powder
1/4 cup Coconut Flour
1/4 cup Swerve Confectioners Erythritol
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

1/2 scoop Quest Salted Caramel Protein Powder
3 Tablespoons 30 cal/cup Almond Milk
1 Tablespoon Swerve Confectioners Erythritol

1 Tablespoon Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips, melted

     Stir together first set of ingredients, and pour into Pam sprayed Donut tin.  Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.  Remove and cool on wire rack.  Meanwhile mix second set of ingredients in bowl, dip each Donut in icing.  Put Chocolate Chips in baggie and microwave til melted, snip corner of baggie and drizzle on frosted Donuts.  Enjoy  :)
