Frosted Cinnamon Rolls
If you fear Cinnamon Rolls with all their fat and calories, then I have a nice surprise waiting for you! My Frosted Cinnamon Rolls are filled with flavor and are only 83 calories, 5.3g net carbs and 7.2g protein. With stats like these, you can wake up to Frosted Cinnamon Rolls every morning ~ nothing to be afraid of here! ;)
Ingredients for 4 Frosted Cinnamon Rolls~
1 scoop Quest Salted Caramel Protein Powder
1 Tablespoon Nutiva Coconut Flour
1 Tablespoon Blue Diamond 30 cal/cup Almond Milk
1/3 mashed small Banana (about an ounce)
1/2 Tablespoon melted Coconut Butter
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

2 Deglet Noor Dates, soaked in water for 30 minutes, drain and de-seed
1/2 Tablespoon melted Coconut Butter
1 Tablespoon Swerve Confectioners Erythritol
Dash Cinnamon (reserve a little for garnish on Frosting if desired)
Dash Vanilla

1/3 scoop Quest Salted Caramel Protein Powder
2 Tablespoons Blue Diamond 30 cal/cup Almond Milk
1 teaspoon Swerve Confectioners Erythritol
Mix first set of ingredients to form dough, pat into rectangle. Mix second set of ingredients and mash with a fork, spread on top of dough. Cut dough evenly into 4 lengthwise strips, roll up each strip into a Cinnamon Roll and place in a Silpat lined Cupcake tin, repeat with other 3. Bake at 325 for 12 minutes. Meanwhile, blend third set of ingredients and dip cooled Cinnamon Rolls in Frosting. Garnish with Cinnamon sprinkles. Enjoy ;)
