Chocolate Chip Pumpkin French Toast








     Does anyone have the misconception that Pumpkin is strictly a Fall flavor!?  If so, I think that should be considered a "food crime".  I have been playing in the kitchen this past week with a few fun Pumpkin creations and my Chocolate Chip Pumpkin French Toast is not to be missed.  It makes my mouth water just thinking about it, the entire delicious serving is only 283 calories, 10g net carbs and 42g protein.  Try this tall stack out for a hearty breakfast or satisfying snack as soon as possible.  :)

Ingredients for one serving~
1/3 cup Egg Whites
1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree'
1/2 scoop Quest Vanilla Protein Powder
3 slices Thin Slim Foods Honey Bread (sub with a low carb bread)
No Calorie Butter Spray
1 Tablespoon Lakanto Monk Fruit Syrup~use code Paige20 at checkout for discount
2 Tablespoons Reddi-Wip
10 Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips

     Stir together Egg Whites, Pumpkin and Protein Powder~ Dip each slice of bread in batter, coating evenly on each side.  Fry French Toast in Pam coated skillet and spray each piece with spray Butter and stack.  Drizzle Syrup over French Toast and top with Reddi-Wip and Chocolate Chips.  Enjoy  :)
