Cinnamon Brownie Muffin



     When you want that little sumpthin sumpthin, and you want it right now, and you want it to be healthy....it's a Cinnamon Brownie Muffin to the rescue.  This little humdinger will only set you back 165 calories, 4.4g net carbs and 12.3g protein.  I would say that this should cover all the bases for your wants and needs... and did I mention it takes less than a minute to prepare.  Sold yet!?  ;)

Ingredients for one Cinnamon Brownie Muffin~
2 Tablespoons Brownie Batter G Butter
1 teaspoon Cinnamon Bun G Butter

     Add Brownie Batter to Silpat Muffin liner and microwave for 25 seconds, remove and cool to touch.  Remove from Silpat liner and frost with Cinnamon Bun G Butter and devour!  Enjoy  :)
