Birthday Cake Protein Balls








     What ever the celebration, Birthday Cake Protein Balls will be a hit and add to the festivities!  Each of the 9 treats are amazingly delicious and have macros that are outstanding.  Surprisingly, they are only 87 calories, 3g net carbs and 5g protein.  Not sure if you want to consider these best for an afternoon snack or bedtime treat, either way or another way, you can't go wrong!  :)

Ingredients for 9 Protein Balls~
1/3 cup Oats, uncooked
4oz Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
1 scoop Quest Salted Caramel Protein Powder
1/4 cup Lakanto Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 at checkout for discount
2 Tablespoons Almond Milk (I used 30 cal/cup)
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil, melted
2 Tablespoons Almond Milk (I used 30 cal/cup)
1/2 scoop Quest Salted Caramel Protein Powder
2 Tablespoons Lakanto Confectioners Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 at checkout for discount (optional for extra sweetness)

1/2 teaspoon Sprinkles

     Add Oats to Magic Bullet, grind to powder, add to bowl along with remainder of first set of ingredients, blend well and divide into 9 equal balls, should be about 1oz each, rest in freezer to chill while making icing.  Meanwhile, mix second set of ingredients and blend til smooth and creamy, remove balls from freezer and dip in frosting and garnish with Sprinkles.  Store in fridge, best after chilled.  Enjoy  :)
