Protein Pancakes








     When health tastes this good it feels like you are cheating!  You will be amazed how these simple ingredients turn into breakfast extraordinaire at the drop of a hat.  This super sized pancake is only 280 calories, 19g net carbs and 25g protein, then top with Berries or a couple Tablespoons of Sugar Free Syrup for minimal additional calories.  Here's to looking forward to the sun rising every single day!  ;)

Ingredients for one large Pancake~
1/3 cup Oats
1/3 cup Egg Whites
1/3 cup reduced fat Cottage Cheese
2 Tablespoons ground Flax Seed
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

Berries

     Add Oats to blender or Magic Bullet and grind to powder, add rest of first set of ingredients and continue to blend til well incorporated.  Pour batter onto Pam coated hot griddle and cook thru on each side.  Top with optional ingredients, not included in macros, or eat plain.  Enjoy  :)
