This recipe may not win any beauty pageants, but it definitely wins first place in my tummy. Simple to whip together, my Maple Sausage Egg Whites are only 246 calories, 15g carbs, 11g fiber, 4g net carbs, 36.5g protein and 5g fat. Ingredients for one serving~
1 cup Egg Whites
1/2 cup Turkey Sausage Crumbles (I used Jimmy Dean's)
Dash Cayenne Pepper
1 Tablespoon ChocZero Maple Syrup
Spray skillet with cooking spray, add Egg Whites, Sausage and season with Cayenne according to taste, continue to cook til Eggs are done, drizzle with Syrup. Enjoy :)
