Mock Apple Crisp






     All things are possible if you want them bad enough, ...and I do!  So, welcome to my Mock Apple Crisp,...hello low carb and sugar free.  Each of the 9 servings are only 163 calories, 25.7g carbs, 4.1g fiber, 17.7g sugar alcohol, 3.9g net carbs, 5.4g protein and 13.6g fat.  Top with your favorite low carb ice cream or whipped topping... and enjoy to the max this Holiday Season!

Ingredients for 9 servings~
2 pounds chopped Zucchini
1/2 cup Lakanto Golden Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 at checkout for discount
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Apple Pie Spice
Dash Vanilla

1 Quest Apple Pie Protein Bar
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/3 cup Lakanto Golden Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 at checkout for discount
1/4 cup Pecans
Dash Apple Pie Spice
4 Tablespoons Butter

     Mix first set of ingredients, toss til well coated and pour into 8X8 baking pan.  Meanwhile, microwave Quest for 10 seconds and pat as flat as possible, bake at 350 for 5 minutes on lined cookie sheet, cool and grind to powder in blender.  Add to bowl along with remaining second set of ingredients and cut in butter til well blended and fully incorporated.  Crumble on top of Zucchini and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.  Enjoy  :)
