One Bowl Chocolate Chips





     Don't you love easy, as in one bowl max!?  Especially when it is over the top delish, such a bonus.  These whip together in a jif, and could not be any better.  These 25 scrumptious Tablespoons of dough are only 60 calories, 6.8g carbs, 1.5g fiber, 2.9g sugar alcohol, 2.4g net carbs, 2.2g protein and 4.3fat.  Perfect for breakfast, dessert or snack...I just can't brag enough about these babies!  :)

Ingredients for 25 cookies~

1/2 cup Peanut Butter

1/3 cup Lakanto Golden Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 for discount at checkout

1 Extra Large Egg, room temperature

1/2 cup Almond Flour 

1/2 cup Oats

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

Dash Cinnamon

Dash Vanilla

1/4 cup Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips

     Add Peanut Butter and Monk Fruit to bowl, mix til well incorporated, then blend in Egg thoroughly, and finish by beating in remaining ingredients minus Chips, then stir in Chips last.  Drop by Tablespoon on silpat lined cookie sheet, bake at 350 for 12 minutes.  Enjoy  :)
