  1. Hey Paige! This looks great! I'm gonna have to make a cookbook just for your recipes. I've been copying them for months :) Thanks for sharing your great ideas. I'm working on getting down to my dancing weight . . . just 3 lbs to go. Those are the hardest for some reason. I've been doing some intermittent fasting that seems to help. Your recipes are full of flavor and cut the carbs so that is wonderful. Keep up the great work!

  2. Paige, these look delicious! I'm going to have to try some. Have to adapt some ingredients in the DR, you know, but we can get a lot of them. Thanks. The blog looks great and so do you!

  5. I'd love a thin crust pizza recipe using pizza dough (not cauliflower) and stretch really thin to keep calories and carbs down. Any ideas/recipes would be awesome! Thank you!

  6. Hi Paige, Janice Richardson here. Heather Birds mom;). She said you've been helping her find low carb and high protein foods. I miss desserts most! Do you have recipes on this blog? I found some, but I'm assuming there are more somewhere?;)

    1. Hi Janice, thank you for your interest! I just love Heather, she's so wonderful! If you are on my blog, you will notice along the right hand side a column of categories, click on desserts and be prepared for 1000 recipes to pop up! Please let me know how else I can help! Thanks, Paige :)

  7. Hi Ashley, I am just seeing this comment, I definitely have a "Healthy Apple Crisp" recipe. Type that in the search bar! My apologies. In good health, Paige

  8. Paige - I have been trying to use monk fruit and swerve products to reduce the sugar in baking but I get a grainie texture. How can I get around the gritty texture
