  1. Paige, I would really like to embrace the Keto diet, but I have trouble wrapping my head around meal ideas when it comes to Keto. Probably my own mental block. Presently eat as much organic as possible, lots of raw fruits and vegetables, dairy, very little red meat and include carbs. (I love bread and carbs) The other issue is, I don't have the all the sugar replacements and various flour and carb substitutes. I love to bake, so pies and deserts are my favorites and something I love to spend time doing. Do you have some meal plans with recipes and shopping lists?
