Fudge Glazed Peanut Butter Banana Marshmallow Chocolate Chip Donuts






     Fudge Glazed Peanut Butter Marshmallow Chocolate Chip Donuts!!!  I bought myself a donut tin and my life will never be the same... move over Dunkin... there's a new sphere of goodness in town!!!  Not to mention, each of my Donuts are only 93.5 calories, 8.2g net carbs, and 8.2g protein!  ... take that Cafe Du Monde  :0

Ingredients for 8 Donuts~
Chocolate Peanut Butter Quest Bar, torn into pieces
1/4 cup 30 cal/cup Almond Milk
4oz ripe Banana
1/4 cup Egg Whites
1 scoop Peanut Butter Marshmallow Cellucor Protein Powder, found at Vitacost.com
1/3 cup Oat Flour, found at Vitacost.com
10 drops Toffee Stevia
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
Fudge Glaze ( recipe below)
48 Lily's Dark Chocolate Stevia Sweetened Chips, found at Vitacost.com

     Mix Quest Bar pieces and Almond Milk in microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds, stir til smooth.  Repeat if necessary.  Blend Banana and Egg Whites in Magic Bullet til smooth, pour into Quest mixture and stir well.  Add in Protein Powder, Oats, Stevia, Baking Powder, Cinnamon and Vanilla.  Bake in Pam sprayed Donut tin at 350 for 6-7 minutes.  Remove, cool and top with Fudge Glaze and 6 Chips per Donut.  Enjoy  ;)

2 Tablespoons 30 cal/cup  Almond Milk

     Mix in microwave safe bowl and heat at 30 seconds, stir til smooth, repeat if necessary.
