Peanut Butter Cup Pancakes







     Some days I amaze myself and today was one of those days!  Yeah for pancakes, and not just any ole' pancakes but Peanut Butter Cup topped Peanut Butter Pancakes ... say that three times :0  Can you close your eyes and imagine the party of flavors sliding down your gullet into the deep end of your tummy!?  Once I go under for the third time please don't save me, I want to die in peace backstroking thru a  pool of peanut butter and chocolate if that's okay with you!?  It gets even better when I tell you that this can all be yours for 307 calories, 5.5g net carbs and 46g protein.  What will you be having for breakfast tomorrow!?  ;)

Ingredients for full stack~
1 scoop Quest Peanut Butter Protein Powder
1/4 cup Egg Whites
1/4 cup low fat Cottage Cheese
1 Tablespoon Swerve Confectioners Erythritol
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
No Calorie Spray Butter, if desired
1 Tablespoon Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup
1 Quest Cravings Peanut Butter Cup (1 cup only)

     Combine Protein Powder, Egg Whites, Cottage Cheese, Erythritol, Baking Powder, Cinnamon and Vanilla in Magic Bullet til whipped together.  Drop by 1/4 cup on to Pam sprayed skillet til golden brown on each side.  Spray each pancake with no calorie Spray Butter, if desired.  Stack Pancakes and top with Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup and crumble Peanut Butter Cup into a mountain on top and DIG IN!!!  Enjoy  ;)
