200 Calorie Chipotle Cheddar Quesadilla






     Love Mexican but fear the calories!?  Fear no more!  Thanks to my few tips you can have your spice any day of the week guilt free!  Not to mention, my 200 Calorie Chipotle Cheddar Quesadilla only has 16g net carbs and 17g protein.  What are you having for lunch today!?  Ole'  :)

Ingredients for single serving Quesadilla~
1 low carb Traditional Flour La Tortilla Factory Tortilla
Pam EVOO
Flavor God Everything Spicy
2 slices fat free American Cheese
1 Tablespoon Salsa
1 Tablespoon BRIANNAS Chipotle Cheddar with Smoked Jalapeno Pepper
1 Mini Orange Bell Pepper, diced
1 Green Onion, diced

     Spray Tortilla with Pam EVOO and sprinkle with Flavor God Everything Spicy, slice into 8 equal triangles and bake at 450 for 5 minutes.  Top with equal amounts of American Cheese, then add Salsa, BRIANNAS Chipotle Cheddar, Bell Pepper and Onion.  Enjoy  :)
