Bacon and Eggs with Cream Cheese~ 21 gms protein and no carbs ;)




     Want the perfect start to a High Protein Low Carb day!?  Why not have a little Eggs and Bacon !?  This is the perfect quick and easy mug meal, ... I just LOVE LOVE LOVE mug meals !!!  No muss no fuss!!! In fact, I think I would eat every meal in a mug if I could ...  Anyhoo, Feel free to whip this together any day of the week  ;)

Ingredients~
1/2 cup liquid egg whites
2 slices turkey bacon
1 wedge cream cheese Laughing Cow
dash pepper
green onions for garnish if desired

     Lay 2 slices of bacon on paper towel and microwave for 1 1/2-2 minutes til crisp, then crumble when cooled.  Meanwhile, spray mug with Pam and pour in eggs, sprinkle with pepper and microwave for 1 1/2-2 minutes.  Stir in crumbled bacon and cream cheese, top with diced green onions if desired.  The nutritional stats rock on this puppy~190 calories, ZERO CARBS and 21 gms of protein !!!  Enjoy  ;)
