Toasted Turkey Cheese Burgers



     Everybody loves a cheeseburger, unfortunately what we don't love is all the fat and calories that come with most burgers.  So, what's a girl to do !?  Well, figure it out is what we do !!! This was actually very very simple and the Fam loved it !!!  First of all we switch to 4oz Turkey Burgers ( 170 calories) and Slim Buns ( 90 calories) with Fat Free Cheese ( 25 calories).  Now you can have Cheeseburgers every weekend with no worries~  Viola  ;)

Ingredients~
Slim Buns
Spray Butter
Dash of Garlic Powder, if desired
4oz Turkey Patties
Fat Free American Cheese Slices
Veganaise
Sliced Tomato
Lettuce Leaf
Sliced Purple Onion
Dill Pickles

     Heat Skillet and spray inside of Slim Buns with spray butter and garlic powder if desired.  Lay butter side down in hot skillet to toast, then remove.  Add Turkey patties to skillet and cook thoroughly.  Meanwhile, spread veganaise on bun and follow with cheese, tomato, lettuce, pickle and onion.  Top with meat when done cooking and enjoy  ;)
