Mozzarella Avocado Kale Bacon and Egg Burrito
You know when your day starts with art work for breakfast, it's going to be a good good day !!! Such was the case this morning when I invented the best Burrito Wrap known to man !!! All these rich flavors and colors blend together like fame on a Kardashian !!! Not to mention the unbelievable stats~ 217 calories, 4.5g carbs and 18.5g protein. Try this one as soon as possible, you will not regret it !!! ;)
Ingredients~
1 Mama Lupe Low Carb Tortilla
1 Green Onion, diced
1/4 cup Egg Whites
Lite Salt. to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 slice Turkey Bacon, cooked
1 Mozzarella Ball, diced ( 1/2 oz)
1/4 Roma Tomato, diced
1/4 Avocado, sliced (1 oz)
1 leaf Kale, torn
Spray skillet with Pam EVOO, and when hot add Mama Lupe Tortilla til browned and flip and brown on other side. Remove from hot skillet and immediately add diced green onion, then pour eggs in as well and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, flip and cook other side til done and place on top of Tortilla. Microwave Bacon for 1 minute and add on top of egg down the middle, top with diced Mozzarella, diced tomato, sliced Avocado and top with Kale pieces. Wrap up and Enjoy !!! ;)
I am not sure where you are getting your information, but great topic. I needs to spend some time learning more or understanding more. Thanks for wonderful information I was looking for this info for my mission.
