Very Berry Peanut Butter Protein French Toast








     I love when I can use my old recipes in my new recipes !!!  Make sure and search my Blog for "Protein Oat Bread", wonderful stats on my first original recipe bread~ each slice has 52.35 calories, 2.5g carbs and 7.15g protein.  But even better is when you make it into scrumptous Peanut Butter French Toast for 183 calories,9.75g carbs, and 24g protein !!!  ;)

Ingredients~
2 Slices of Protein Oat Bread~http://foodfitnessbypaige.blogspot.com/2014/07/protein-white-bread.html
2 Tablespoons liquid Egg Whites
Dash Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon PB2
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter Protein Powder
1 Tablespoon 30 cal/cup Almond Milk
Dash Vanilla
2 Medium Strawberries, diced
Small Handful of Blueberries
Diced Pineapple for garnish, if desired, not added in Macro's

     Soak bread in egg whites and sprinkle with cinnamon til absorbed and lay in Pam coated skillet and pour any extra egg whites on bread and cook til lightly golden.  Meanwhile, mix together PB2, Protein Powder, Milk and Vanilla til well blended, chill til bread is done cooking to thicken batter.  Plate your French Toast and top with Peanut Butter mixture.  Finish by topping with fruit.  Start your day right and Enjoy  ;)
