After long weekends of too much food with too many food opportunities, I am declaring the 2nd day of the week Meatless Mondays from here on out .... is there a form I need to fill out and submit to someone!!!??? There are so many fruits, veggies, nuts and cheeses to choose from. Give yourself a challenge to go meatless at least one meal per week AND to choose a new fruit or vegetable to try each time! I tried Yellow Plums and Champagne Grapes tonight for the first time. What new fruit is on your list to try!? Cotton Candy Grapes are suppose to hit the markets this week !!! In good health~paige ;)
