So easy to whip together, you won't believe the results of this simple recipe. You might even feel like you are indulging in something sinful. Yet when you discover the macros you will realize it's a good day to be alive. This weighs in at 235 calories, 12g net carbs and 25g protein. Enjoy :)
Ingredients for one serving~
1/2 cup lowfat Cottage Cheese
8oz container Kroger Carb Masters Vanilla Yogurt
1/4 cup Raspberries
1 Tablespoon sliced Almonds
Mix together Cottage Cheese and Yogurt til smooth, top with Berries and Nuts. Enjoy :)
