Peanut Butter Carrots
Would you rather have 24 Karat or 24 Carrots!? ...something to ponder for the health conscience. I know the question is weird and you may feel the same way about Carrots and Peanut Butter, but you will be pleasantly surprised to know how delicious this combo really is. If you are looking for a fun sweet treat, look no further. One large serving is only 200 calories, 20g net carbs and 14g protein. Try it for yourself and you will see it's worth it's weight in gold! :)
One serving~
2 cups Baby Carrots
1/4 cup Powdered Peanut Butter
Water~enough to make desired Peanut Butter consistency
Add Carrots to bowl. Reconstitute Peanut Butter Powder with Water to desired consistency and drizzle over Carrots. Enjoy :)
