What better way to show homage to Dad than with Chocolate, especially in Brownie form. I think he would agree. Even tho these are technically Father's Day Brownies, they are certainly worthy for any occasion, even no occasion...but only if you like really decadent, good for you, super satisfying desserts!? And all 9 of these nicely portioned dreams are only 160 calories, 6g net carbs, 5g protein and 9.5g fat. So let's celebrate
Ingredients for 9 Brownies~
1/4 cup Oats
1/4 cup melted Coconut Oil
1/2 cup/4oz unsweetened Applesauce
3 Extra Large Eggs
1/2 cup Cocoa
1/4 cup Almond Flour
1/2 cup Lakanto Golden Monk Fruit~use code Paige20
1 small ripe Avocado, approx 3oz~smashed
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

4 squares 50% ChocZero Dark Chocolate Squares, finely diced (Choczero.com)~sub with other sugar free Chocolate
Add Oats to Magic Bullet or Blender, grind to powder and add to bowl along with remaining first set of ingredients. Stir by hand or use beater to blend completely. Pour in parchment lined 8X8 pan and bake at 375 for 28 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with chopped Chocolate. Store any leftovers in fridge. Enjoy :)
