Keto Bread
Just because you're doing Keto doesn't mean you have to give up bread, quite the opposite actually! There are several versions of this, but I add a little twist I think you will enjoy! Each of the 2 servings are only 238 calories, 5g carbs, 3g fiber, 2g net carbs, 13g protein and 19g fat. Add a Tablespoon of Butter and you have a perfectly balanced Keto snack at 338 calories, 5g carbs, 3g fiber, 2g net carbs, 13g protein and 30g fat, and of course you don't have to use a full Tablespoon if that doesn't fit your macros. Servings for Two~
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/4 cup Almond Flour
2 Tablespoons ground Flax Seed
1 scoop unflavored Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
1 jumbo Egg
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Salt
Using the 2 cup Rubbermaid container (very important versus using a mug), coat the inside with cooking spray, add all ingredients and stir til well combined. Microwave 60 seconds to perfection. Cut in half from the top middle, versus the side middle for more accurate halves. Top each half with a Tablespoon Butter. Enjoy :)
