Keto Maple Waffle Pancakes
Pancakes? On Keto? Yep, you got it right! To make you even more of a believer, each serving is only 301 calories, 23.5g carbs, 16.5g fiber, 1.5g sugar alcohol, 5.5g net carbs, 18.5g protein and 19g fat. Keep breakfast fun with this stack of yum!
Ingredients for two servings~
1 Quest Maple Waffle Protein Bar
1/4 cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup 25 calories Cashew Milk
2 Tablespoons ground Flax Seed
1 Extra Large Egg
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Vanilla or Maple Extract
Dash Cinnamon

1/2 Tablespoon Butter
1 Tablespoon Choc Zero Maple Syrup
Break Protein Bar into small pieces, bake at 350 for 5 minutes, cool and grind to powder in Magic Bullet or Blender. Add remaining first set of ingredients and continue to blend til well incorporated. Add a scant 1/4 cup of batter to Pam coated skillet, cook thru on each side, repeat three more times with remaining mixture. Stack and top with Butter and Syrup, half the stack is one serving.
