Keto Scrambled Eggs
Breakfast never felt so good!!! Actually, Keto Scrambled Eggs are usually my second meal of the day, I start my mornings with a protein shake. But, anytime you want these is the right time. Enjoy this mouth watering delight for 295 calories, 2.6g carbs, .2g fiber, 2.4g net carbs, 28g protein and 19g fat. If you are looking for more fat, then add more Cheese, Butter or a Tablespoon of Heavy Whipping Cream. It can only get better and better!
Ingredients for one servings Keto Scrambled Eggs~
2 jumbo Eggs
1/2 cup Turkey Sausage Crumbles (sub with Pork Sausage Crumbles)
Dash Cayenne Pepper (sub with regular Pepper)
Dash Salt (sub with Black Truffle Salt)
1 Tablespoon shredded Sharp Cheddar
1 Tablespoon diced Red Bell Pepper
Add Eggs, Sausage, Pepper and Salt to Pam coated skillet, cook til Eggs are done. Garnish with Cheese and Bell Pepper. Enjoy :)
