3 ingredient Cheese Cake Filling





     What do we want?  Cheesecake Filling!  When do we want it? NOW!  Ok Ok, coming right up.  I threw this together when I was wanting something decadent yet smart on macros.  Also, having some left over cookies hanging around, they were the perfect topper.  Sans, the cookie crumbles, the filling is only 340 calories, 12g carbs, 2g fiber, 10 net carbs, 24g protein and 21.5g fat.  If you want less, make this 2 servings.  Be your own dog and decide how you want to top, or not to top your filling.  Either way, you can't go wrong.  If you decide not to top, you may want to consider adding a sprinkle of Monk Fruit if desired.  :) 

Ingredients for one or two servings~
1oz/2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
7oz 5% Fage Greek Yogurt
2 Tablespoons Chocolate Peanut Butter Powder (I use Betterbody Foods, my fave)
Lakanto Monk Fruit~to taste~optional (use code Paige20 at checkout for discount)
Keto Cookie~optional, not included in macros (check out my latest cookie recipes on my blog)

     Add Cream Cheese to bowl and beat with mixture til smooth, add Yogurt a small amount at a time, blending after each addition til fully incorporated, then blend in Powder til fully incorporated.  If desired, add Monk Fruit for extra sweetness and blend with mixer til smooth.  Chill in fridge til ready to eat.  Top with a crumbled low carb cookie if desired.  Other options are Berries, or Heavy Whipping Cream that's been whipped, or Lily's Chocolate Chip and Nuts.  Enjoy  :)
