Keto Pound Cake
They say a spoon full of sugar makes the medicine go down, but I say a pound of fat does wonders for the soul...potato pototo tomato tomoto... Regardless of all that silliness, this is one to try out and see for yourself! Super duper with Berries and Cream, although not included in macros. For an 1/8 loaf, each slice is 245 calories, 15.5g carbs, 2g fiber, 12g sugar alcohol, 1.5g net carbs, 10g protein and 21g fat. Decide for yourself if you prefer plain or with toppings, just as long as you give this one a try!
Ingredients for 8 slices~
8oz Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
8 Extra Large Eggs, room temperature
4 Tablespoons Butter, room temperature
1/3 cup Coconut Flour
1/3 cup Lakanto Monk Fruit, use code Paige20 at checkout for discount
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Scant dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
Add all ingredients to mixing bowl and beat til thoroughly combined, pour in parchment lined loaf pan and bake at
350 for 45 minutes. Enjoy :)
