Chocolate Almond Cookies
When Lily's comes out with sugar free Chocolate covered Almonds, what else is there to do but make cookies!? It was the only thing to do... The entire 6 cookies are only 315 calories, 25g carbs, 6g fiber, 13g sugar alcohol, 6g net carbs, 11.5g protein and 26.5g fat. When you feel the urge coming on, might I suggest giving these a whirl! ;)
Ingredients~
1 Tablespoon Butter, softened to room temperature
1 Tablespoon Lakanto Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 at checkout for discount, plus extra for garnish if desired
2 Tablespoons Almond Flour
2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

6 Lily's sugar free Chocolate covered Almonds
Mix first set of ingredients and break into 6 equal pieces, roll into balls, and roll in extra Monk Fruit if desired, bake at 350 for 11 minutes. Remove from oven and press a Chocolate covered Almond in each cookie. Enjoy :)
