Healthy Banana Chocolate Chips
If you are looking for a fun sugar free all natural breakfast, healthy snack or dessert then this is the ticket. And, these are so quick you can do them individually as a family project, involving our kids in the making will encourage better food choices. The entire pan of 9 cookies are only 218 calories, 45g carbs, 10g fiber, 2g sugar alcohol, 33g net carbs, 5g protein and 6.2g fat. If you want to up the protein, feel free to stir in a little protein powder. Otherwise, just sit back and enjoy these wholesome treats to the max!!! :)
Ingredients for one serving of 9 cookies~
2oz/1/4 cup/1/2 medium mashed Banana
2 Tablespoons Applesauce
1/3 cup Oats
1 Tablespoon Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Salt
Dash Vanilla
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl, drop by level Tablespoon on cooking spray coated or silpat lined cookie sheet, bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Enjoy :)
