This one brings the best of all worlds happily into 3 decadent layers! I'm trying to decide which one speaks to me most! Each of these 6 slices are only 274 calories, 31.8g carbs, 4.8g fiber, 23g sugar alcohol, 4g net carbs, 9.4g protein, 24.3g fat. I will definitely have to have more than one piece to decide which layer is best! I am up for the challenge. :)
Ingredients for 6 servings~
1/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoons Almond Flour

1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
1 Tablespoon Butter, softened to room temperature
1 Tablespoon Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips

2 Tablespoon Sour Cream, room temperature
2 Extra Large Eggs, room temperature
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

1/4 cup/2oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup Sour Cream, room temperature

Sprinkles if desired for garnish, not included in macros
Mix first set of ingredients til well blended, measure out by teaspoonful, roll into balls and set aside, should yield 23. Next, from second set of ingredients, beat Butter and Monk Fruit til well incorporated, then beat in Sour Cream, next Eggs, then remaining second set of ingredients, and pour into Pam coated and parchment lined 6" Springform pan, bake at 350 for 35 minutes, remove and cool. Meanwhile whip together last set of ingredients, let chill in fridge til ready to frost. When cake has cooled, frost then top with Cookie Dough balls, add Sprinkles if desired for garnish (not included in macros). Enjoy :)
