Ingredients for 12 servings~
3 extra large ripe mashed Bananas
6 extra large Eggs
5.3oz container 0% Fage Greek Yogurt
3 cups Oats
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
1 pound chopped Apples (I like Cosmic, Envy, Fuji or Honeycrisp)
6oz fresh Blackberries
2 Tablespoons chopped Walnuts
Add Bananas to large mixing bowl, beat til smooth, add in Eggs and continue to beat til well incorporated, continue adding Yogurt, then Oats, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Vanilla and Apples. Pour into parchment lined 9X13 and top with Blackberries and Walnuts. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes. Enjoy 😊
