Keto Cake






     Let's make things easy, shall we!?  Whipping up a Cake is no longer a chore, in a snap you can be enjoying Keto Cake with a buddy...or be a pig and eat it all yourself.  This technically serves two, and each serving is only 272 calories, 23g carbs, 3.4g fiber, 18g sugar alcohol, 1.6g net carbs, 8.1g protein, and 22.6g fat.  Life made easy is my new goal, join me won't you!?

Ingredients for two servings~
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil, melted
1/4 cup Almond Flour
1 Extra Large Egg
2 Tablespoon Lakanto Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 at checkout for discount
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

1 Tablespoon Butter, softened to room temperature
1 Tablespoon Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature

1 teaspoon Cocoa
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

     Mix first set of ingredients and add to a greased ramekin and microwave for one minute.  Meanwhile, blend second set of ingredients til smooth and creamy.  Frost Cake when cooled, divide into half and Enjoy!  :)
