If you love Chinese but fear the calories, I have one for you to try that you just might like.  My Orange Ginger Beef Broccoli is made using G Hughes Sugar Free Marinade, love their stuff...and this is not a paid advertisement, I really do like their products, especially the BBQ Sauce.  Each of these 6 servings are 458 calories, 14g carbs, 4.4g net carbs, 9,6g net carbs, 48.5g protein (#wootwoot), and 15g fat.  So the next time you are hankering for a high protein low carb meal, you might want to check this one out!  It will do your body good  ;)

Ingredients for 6 servings~
2 pounds thinly sliced Round Steak
1/2 cup G Hughes Orange Ginger Marinade (more if needed)
1 Onion, diced and divided in half
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
2 Tablespoons chopped Garlic
Dash Cayenne Pepper
1 pound riced Cauliflower
2 Extra Large Eggs
1 pound chopped Broccoli florets
1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
1 large Carrot, grated~should yield about 1/2 cup
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Several hours before cooking, add Beef to dish and cover with Marinade.  When ready, with two skillets, add 1/2 the Onion to each, along with a Tablespoon Olive and Sesame Oil, as well as a Tablespoon of Garlic to each, season with Cayenne to taste, and bring to golden brown.  When Onions are golden, add Cauliflower to one skillet (I microwave mine for 2 minutes before frying to soften); and add Broccoli, Bell Pepper and Carrots to the other til crisp tender.  Then stir in the 2 Eggs to the Cauliflower skillet and stir til well incorporated, and cooked.  Meanwhile, drain Beef and stir in to other skillet til cooked thru.  Season as desired, serve the Beef Broccoli over the riced Cauliflower.  Enjoy  :)
