Are you looking for a quick snack or light lunch for around 150 calories, 7-8g carbs and 16g protein!? I have a quick idea that you can throw together in a jif with lotsa great flavor!!!
Ingredients~
2.6oz packet of Sweet N Spicy Tuna by Starkist
1/2 Tablespoon Veganaise
Handful of shredded Carrots
Fourth of a Red Bell Pepper, diced
1 Green Onion, diced
3 leaves of Romaine
Stir all together and divide into three and fill cavity of 3 Romaine leaves. Eat as a Boat, or roll and secure with toothpicks. Enjoy ;)
