Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough
Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough can be eaten on Quest Cookies, Apple Slices or straight from the spoon .... This is so easy and delicious that you will want to keep a supply on hand at all times !!! Each Tablespoon has 35.6 calories, 3.5g net carbs, and 3.4g protein. Hello lifetime supply of Cookie Dough ;)
Ingredients~
2 Medjool Dates, soaked in water for 30 minutes, drain and pit softened Dates
1 can Chickpea's rinsed and drained
2 scoops Vanilla Isothority Protein Powder, found at Supplement Giant Wichita
1/2 cup PB Lean Vanilla Frosting or Cookie Dough from MyOatmeal.com or PB2
10 drops French Vanilla Stevia
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 Quest Double Chocolate Chunk Bar, chopped into small pieces
Mix all ingredients (except Quest Bar pieces) in your Food Processor and blend on high til VERY smooth, may take a few minutes. Once smooth, stir in Quest Chocolate Chunks. Store in fridge. Serve with Quest Cookies or Apple slices. Make Quest Bar cookies with the Vanilla Almond Quest Bar divided into 4 equal parts and shape into circles and bake at 350 for 5-6 minutes, cool and spread with dip or make Cookie Sandwiches. Enjoy :)
