Chipotle Lime Crab Salad







     Are you looking for a fun flavorful light lunch idea!?  Whelp, look no further, I have answers!  Chipotle Lime Crab Salad is the meal for you!  You won't believe these amazing stats, for each of the four servings it is only 117 calories, 5.5g net carbs, and 13.1g protein.  The best news is that you can enjoy it today and hopefully have enough for tomorrow!  :)

Ingredients for 4 servings~
2 cups shredded Crab meat
4 stalks Celery, diced
3 Green Onions, diced
3oz shredded Carrots
1 medium Red Bell Peppers, diced
2 Tablespoons Light Mayo
1 Tablespoon Walden Farms Amazin Mayo
1 Tablespoon BRIANNAS Chipotle Cheddar with Smoked Jalapeno Peppers
Fresh Squeezed Lime
Mixed Green Salad or Romaine Leaves

     Mix Crab, Celery, Green Onion, Carrots, and Bell Pepper in large mixing bowl.  Then mix both Mayo's, BRIANNAS and Lime juice in separate bowl and pour over Salad mixing thoroughly til fully incorporated.  Serve over bed of lettuce or Romaine Leaf.  Store left overs in fridge.  Enjoy  :)
