Ingredients for 10 slices~
1/3 cup with melted Coconut Oil
1 Extra Large Egg, room temperature
1/4 cup Egg Whites
15oz Pumpkin
1 scoop Quest Salted Caramel Protein Powder
1/2 cup Swerve Granular Erythritol
1/3 cup Coconut Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
1 Quest Double Chocolate Chunk Protein Bar, diced in bits
Stir Oil and Egg together til well blended, stir in remaining ingredients til smoothly combined, and finish by folding in diced Protein Bar. Bake in Pam sprayed loaf pan at 375 for 50 minutes, remove and cool. Slice and top with favorite Spread. Enjoy :)
