Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies







     If Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies is your jam, I have created the peanut butter to your jelly!  And, these are a Keto lovers dream.  Each of the 37 cookies are only 62 calories, 4g carbs, 3g fiber, 1g net carb, 3.5g protein and 5g fat.  Five of these make the perfect mini meal, ...right about 3pm every afternoon!  I'm nothing if not consistent!

Ingredients for 37 cookies~
1 cup (no sugar added) Chunky Peanut Butter
2 Extra Large Eggs
1/4 cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup ground Flax Seed
1/4 cup Peanut Butter Flour
1/4 cup Lakanto Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 for discount
2 scoops unflavored Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
1/4 cup Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips

     Combine all ingredients, beating with mixer til well combined, reserve Chocolate Chips to stir in by hand.  Chill for one hour, then drop by level Tablespoon on Silpat lined cookie sheet.  Bake at 325 for 7 minutes for very soft centers or for 10-12 for a firmer cookie.  Either way you can't go wrong.  Enjoy  :)
