Peanut Butter Fudge Cupcakes







     Peanut Butter Fudge Cupcakes are a Keto lovers dream come true.  All the flavor, macros and good looks one recipe can handle.  Each of these are only 300 calories, 15g carbs, 12.5g fiber, 2.5g net carbs, 15.5g protein and 26.5 fat.  Try these on for size and see if they fit just right!

Ingredients for two Cupcakes~
2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil, melted
3 Tablespoons (no sugar added) Crunchy Peanut Butter (sub with smooth)
2 scoops unflavored Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
2 Tablespoons unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Lakanto Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 for discount

     Add all ingredients to bowl and mix well til fully incorporated, pour 2.5oz in each silpat cupcake liner.  Chill til set, to be eaten chilled and semi solid.  Enjoy  :)
